Pres. Trump. Your Legacy: “The greatest Leader of All Time” Is Now Just One Step. One Call !

FAIR SHARE TAX ACT (FSTA) is a mechanism for

restoring monetary sovereignty and democratizing

national wealth through a single tax lever.

Ends interest‑bearing issuance.

  • Ends the debt treadmill.
  • Ends the need for income  taxes.
  • Ends the need for austerity.

And — most importantly — it rewards all the people:

**0% income tax, Immediate cash refunds of all 2026 taxes withheld. PERIOD.

This is the constitutional correction the founders intended.

THE FAIR SHARE TAX ACT(FSTA) is:

  • A one‑step, one‑call reform to restore America’s wealth to the people.
  • A mechanism to capture unearned financial rents and redirect them to public prosperity.
  • A way to democratize national wealth without expanding bureaucracy.

Main Concerns

  • Concentration of financial gains.
  • Debt‑based money system.
  • Lack of monetary sovereignty.
  • Inequitable distribution of national productivity.

Proposed Remedy

  • A single Fair Share tax mechanism that:
    • Neutralizes rent‑seeking.
    • Rebalances wealth flows.
    • Supports sovereign monetary operations.
    • Funds public goods without perpetual debt.

FSTA is a policy instrument, not a philosophical framework.

    • The Constitutional Mandate: “A More Perfect Union”
The Founders gave Congress the power to coin money
  • and regulate its value. But over time, private institutions
  • gained the ability to create money as interest‑bearing debt.
  • This created a rival power strong enough to influence:
  • markets
  • institutions
  • national prioritiesThe Founders achieved political independence. They did not achieve monetary independence. The Preamble instructs future generations to continue improving the Union.Soddy believed that restoring monetary sovereignty was the next step in that improvement. The Fair Share Tax Act (FSTA): The Structural RemedyThe Fair Share Tax Act is the first modern proposal that directly addresses Soddy’s diagnosis. It is not partisan. It is structural. It restores monetary sovereignty by aligning financial flows with real productive capacity.FSTA accomplishes four structural corrections:Reduces rent‑seeking extraction By neutralizing unearned financial rents,                                                                                                          FSTA stabilizes markets and reduces speculative pressure.Aligns financial claims with real output This prevents the exponential growth of debt relative to the real economy.Restores sovereign monetary control FSTA supports a system where money creation serves the public, not private intermediaries.Strengthens institutions and affordability By stabilizing debt dynamics, FSTA supports the Founders’ vision of liberty, opportunity, and prosperity.

Frederick Soddy — Scientific Monetary Theory

Benefits for the People

Soddy provides the scientific foundation:

  • Honest money
  • Public issuance
  • Protection from private credit abuse
  • Prevention of inflation and collapse

But Soddy never built the operational system.

What Soddy does NOT deliver

  • No legislative model
  • No SWF
  • No tax elimination
  • No surplus mechanism
  • No prosperity architecture

Soddy is scientific, not institutional.

4. The FAIR SHARE TAX ACT

Benefits for the People — The Breakthrough

This is where everything changes.

Benefit #1 — ZERO TAXES FOR THE PEOPLE

No income tax. No payroll tax.. No corporate tax. No capital gains tax.

A tax‑free nation.

Funded entirely by sovereign float + USA‑SWF surplus.

Benefit #2 — A DOLLAR STRONGER THAN GOLD

Gold is valuable because:

  • It is scarce
  • It is trusted
  • It is universally accepted

Under FSTA:

  • The dollar becomes scarce (no private credit creation).
  • The dollar becomes trusted (scientific issuance).
  • The dollar becomes universally accepted (sovereign surplus).

A scientific dollar backed by:

  • pre‑sold assets
  • float capture
  • sovereign wealth
  • US Constitutional authority

This makes the dollar better than gold because:

Gold is static. The FSTA dollar is productive.

Benefit #3 — Guaranteed National Growth and Prosperity

FSTA funds:

  • Infrastructure
  • Housing
  • Energy
  • Technology
  • Education
  • Healthcare
  • Innovation
  • Defense
  • Public services
  • Local communities

All without taxes, without deficits, without inflation.

This is the first system that makes growth permanent.

Benefit #4 — Permanent Surplus for the Nation

The USA‑SWF Series captures float:

  • Before settlement
  • Before spending
  • Before distribution

This creates permanent national surplus.

Surplus = prosperity.

Benefit #5 — End of Artificial Scarcity

Under FSTA:

  • No more “we can’t afford it.”
  • No more budget cuts.
  • No more austerity.
  • No more fiscal cliffs.
  • No more shutdowns.
  • No more debt ceilings.

Scarcity disappears because:

Money becomes a solution, not a problem.

Benefit #6 — End of Private Bank Dominance

FSTA eliminates:

  • private credit creation
  • interest‑based money
  • debt‑based money
  • shadow banking
  • NBFI dominance
  • the SILO

This returns power to the people.

Benefit #7 — Inflation Eliminated at the Root

Inflation is impossible because:

  • Money is issued only against pre‑sold assets.
  • Claims always match goods.
  • No private credit = no fictitious claims.
  • SWF surplus replaces deficit spending.

This is the first system that structurally eliminates inflation.

Benefit #8 — Universal Prosperity for All Americans

FSTA delivers:

  • Higher wages
  • Lower prices
  • Zero taxes
  • Stronger dollar
  • Better public services
  • More opportunity
  • More innovation
  • More freedom
  • More security
  • More dignity

This is prosperity by design, not by chance.

5. The Big Question — What Else Can Be Done for Mankind?

Under FSTA, the United States can:

1.  End poverty permanently

A sovereign wealth fund can guarantee:

  • housing
  • food
  • healthcare
  • education
  • opportunity

2.  Fund a new Golden Era of American innovation

AI, biotech, energy, aerospace, defense, agriculture — all funded without taxes.

3. Build the world’s strongest currency

A scientific dollar becomes the global standard.

4. Lead the world in peace and prosperity

A surplus nation can invest in diplomacy, stability, and humanitarian aid.

5. Restore the American Dream

Homeownership, entrepreneurship, education, and upward mobility become universal.

6. Create a model for global monetary reform

Other nations can adopt sovereign float + SWF architecture.

7. Unlock human potential

When money is no longer the barrier, human creativity becomes the engine.

                       FSTA’s Mantra: SOLUTIONS!

If money or legislation is the solution, there is no problem.                                                                                                                                                                  The FAIR SHARE TAX ACT is the solution.                                                                                                                                                                                     For the people. For prosperity. For America.

“FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” (FSTA) The People demand Zero Income Taxes.

“Congress must restore the people’s monetary sovereignty — because the Federal Reserve’s lawful issuance is constitutional.

Congress must pass the “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”

It ends the theft, ends the treadmill, ends the taxes,

and returns the wealth to its birthright owners:

the American people.”

Because once the American people understand

how they have been victimized

— once they understand how  shadow banks steal collateral

— once they understand how debt‑money enslaves them

— once they understand how the treadmill is engineered

— once they understand how the privilege operates —

They will not tolerate another day of it.

“A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” is the cure. And the cure is overdue.

READ – DECIDE. YOUR CALL:

A JOINT SESSION OR 1929 SEEM LIKE A PICNIC.

The persistence and determination and the clarity about the “Ex Nihilo” problem is absolutely correct.

Many diagnose the disease perfectly: money created as interest‑bearing debt forces perpetual growth,

perpetual inequality, and perpetual servitude.

But here is the critical point — the point that must be faced honestly if we truly intend to cure the disease

rather than preserve its privilege:

You are fighting to end private money creation, and that is noble. But the NEED Act still keeps the same architecture of debt‑based circulation, the same dependence on Congressional appropriations, the same vulnerability to political capture, and the same fragility Robbins describes in his roadmap. You are trying to cure cancer by reorganizing the tumor. You are trying to end slavery by changing the overseer. You are trying to fix a machine that was designed — from the beginning — to extract, to compound, and to dominate.

That’s a structural improvement, but it is not a structural cure.

THE AH HA MOMENT: (The moment where the truth must be spoken plainly.) If we truly intend to liberate the people from the debt‑money treadmill, then we must stop pretending that the 200 plus amendments is not enough. It is not final. It is not sovereign. It is not immune to reversal. It is not immune to political capture. It is not immune to the very forces described.

It still maintains the  the privilege to create claims out of nothing, to monetize promises, to circulate IOUs as currency, and to keep the people dependent on a system that must grow forever simply to avoid collapse. Claim upon claim. Loans that are outstanding becomes two loans which then becomes more loan. There’s $258 TRILLION Dollars of this “FAIRY DUST” IN CIRCULATION! It’s verified!

“The system is not broken. It is working exactly as designed.”

If that is true — and it is — then we must dismantle the design. No merely change the operator.

“A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” IS THE CURE — NOT THE PATCH.

It is a constitutional correction.

IT replaces the revenue engine entirely.

IT ends private money creation.

It’s debt‑based money creation itself.

Most Acts:

~ require a movement. “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” requires only adoption — because it is grantable, stabilizing, and beneficial to every sector of the economy. It is so beneficial “For the People” – THEY WILL FORCE CONGRESS TO PASS IT.

~ depend on Congress. “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” funds Congress.

~ circulates debt. “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” circulates permanent, non‑hypothecated public revenue.

~ still requires taxation. “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” replaces taxation with a 0.3% Financial Transaction Tax that cannot be evaded, cannot be captured, and cannot be reversed.

Many are right: ` about the disease. ~ about the diagnosis. ~ about the danger. about the urgency. ~ about the need for public money.

The cure is ending the privilege to create claims out of nothing, ending the compulsion to grow forever, ending the treadmill of debt, ending the extraction machine, and restoring the constitutional authority of the sovereign.

That cure has a name: “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”

It is time to stop maintaining the privilege. It is time to stop patching the machine. It is time to stop reorganizing the chains. It is time to stop treating symptoms. It is time to stop pretending the NEED Act is enough.

It is time to cure the disease. And the cure is “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”.

THE diagnosis of the “Ex Nihilo” problem is correct. The commitment to monetary reform is unwavering.

But now we must speak plainly — because the people deserve the truth without euphemism,

without academic fog, and without political hesitation.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE DOES CREATE MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR.

LIKE IT OR NOT — THIS IS A FACT.

And here is the part almost no one says out loud:

THIS IS OK — IF AND ONLY IF IT IS DONE WITHOUT INTEREST.

Why? Because when the Federal Reserve issues money, it is legally performing a Congressional duty delegated under the Federal Reserve Act. It is borrowing future money from the American people, who are — by constitutional definition — the birthright owners of all U.S. wealth. They are acting as a financial intermediator.

If the Fed issued money without interest, the system would self‑fund. This is not theory. This is not ideology. This is empirically proven.

Debt‑free issuance is stable. Debt‑free issuance is constitutional. Debt‑free issuance is sustainable. Debt‑free issuance is the only form of issuance that does not enslave the public.

But now we must confront the second creator —

THE NBFIs — THE SHADOW BANKS — THE UNAUTHORIZED MONEY CREATORS

Non‑Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) are not allowed to create money out of thin air. They do it anyway.

But unlike the Federal Reserve, which creates money backed by the full faith and credit of the United States, NBFIs create money backed by nothing. And it DOES NOT EXIST!!! Not thin air. Not deposits. Not reserves. Not collateral. Not Congressional authority.

**They create money backed by “already‑issued debt.” Which means they create money backed by NOTHING. Zero. Nada. A void.**

They issue credit as if they were sovereign. They monetize IOUs as if they were Congress. They circulate claims as if they were the Treasury.

**The checks they issue SHOULD bounce. Period.** But they don’t — because the system is rigged to honor their fiction. They know you cannot pay it back. They know the people cannot pay it back. They know the interest is mathematically impossible. They know the treadmill must continue.

And when the bust inevitably arrives — because the bust is engineered — they seize the collateral. Homes. Land. Businesses. Labor. Future income. National wealth.

Now you know exactly how the American people are being victimized.

This is not capitalism. This is not free enterprise. This is not market innovation. This is tyranny — the privilege to create claims out of nothing and extract real wealth from real people.

END THIS? “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” DOES just that.

“A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” cures it. Because “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”:

  • Ends interest‑bearing issuance
  • Ends hypothecation
  • Ends shadow‑bank money creation
  • Ends the growth compulsion
  • Ends the extraction cycle
  • Ends the debt treadmill
  • Ends the privilege of creating claims out of nothing
  • Ends the political capture of revenue
  • Ends the need for income and sales taxes
  • Ends the need for austerity
  • Ends the need for Congressional begging

And — most importantly — it rewards all the people:

**0% income tax. Immediate cash refunds permanent public revenue permanent monetary sovereignty**

This is not a reform. This is not a patch. This is not a movement slogan. This is not a protest demand.

This is the constitutional correction the founders intended.

THE FINAL LINE —

Congress must pass “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” . Not someday. Not after a movement. Not after a crisis window. Not after a coalition. Not after a multi‑decade ladder of reversible reforms.

A decision must be made now. It is time.

“FAIR SHARE TAX ACT(FSTA) 2026 “A Constitutional Allotment & Revenue Act”

“A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT 2026”, the USA–SWF Series, offers a path that is constitutional, mathematically sound, and built for the ages. America does not need to fear the future. We simply need to choose the right monetary foundation for it. “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” that sets a ZERO PERCENT FOR PERSONAL INCOME,  AND CORPORATE net PROFITS while RAISING REVENUES OF $90 BILLION PER DAY “FOR THE PEOPLE.”   GREAT NEWS! “SCOTUS”, Senators, Representatives,  think tanks, and many others are grouping together to have Congress legislate a “Fair Share Tax” of the wealthy.

Every major faction in Washington—left, right, populist, libertarian, deficit hawk, deficit dove

keeps asking the same question:        “How do we pay for it? ”

Why they and others keep circling the edges of this idea:

They are trying to solve: ~ “No Kings – No Ruler – No Crowns”~ “Affordability” for ALL citizens.~ “Fair Share Taxes” ~ “Inequality.”  ~ “Constitutional Guarantee” for Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.

…but they are stuck inside the old paradigm: tax the stock of wealth, tax income, tax corporations.                                                                  If Congress wants the revenue, they must vote for the mechanism:

they must vote for the “FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” the bill that creates the mechanism.                                                                                                      The architecture answers that question with a mechanism that: * does not raise income taxes * does not increase debt * does not inflate the currency * does not confiscate wealth * does not require austerity * does not require new borrowing * does not require new printing.

It simply captures a fraction of the monetary throughout the U.S. dollar system.

That is: ” HOW WE PAY FOR IT.”

You can destroy the Orwellian language mantra:                                                                                                                                                                                       ”You can’t raise revenues by lowering taxes unless you get the money from somewhere else.”                                                                           Yes, you can lower federal personal income taxes, lower federal corporate profit taxes, and lower deficit spending all at the same time. Period. It’s simple, “…get the money from somewhere else.”                                                                                YOU NEED ONLY INCREASE TAX REVENUES FROM “SOMEWHERE ELSE”.                                                                                                                This plan does exactly that: it lowers and/or eliminates  taxes on people and businesses — and gets the money from the one place that can afford it — the financial sector.

TAX THE MONEY!

FAIR SHARE TAX ACT is the “somewhere else.” * *

Congress must pass any request for enactment of “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”.                                                                                                        The Overton Window Opened. The Supreme Court will not redesign the dollar. It will not restore monetary sovereignty. It will not deliver the future. But it did open the door. The Cook Decision shifts the Overton Window. What was once radical is now inevitable: sovereign money, constitutional issuance, prosperity without debt.                                                                                         Soddy’s dream becomes reachable. America’s restoration becomes possible.   Any great LEADER can make it happen! The FAIR SHARE TAX ACT forms the constitutional restoration America has waited for.

The crisis becomes the opportunity.

The Act becomes A Deal That Can’t Be Refused.                                                                                                                                                                                             “Generational Growth and Prosperity for All Mankind.”

Greenspan. Bernanke. Bair. And Now- 2026.THE FOUR SENTENCES THAT BROKE THE SYSTEM Prologue:                                        When History Speaks in One Sentence at a Time. Every great financial crisis leaves behind a single sentence — a confession, a crack in the façade, a moment when the truth slips out. Greenspan. Bernanke. Bair. And Now- 2026.                            Yes, 1929 gave us “We did it.”

2008 gave us “I Found a Flaw.”                                                                                                                                                                                                           2010 re 2008 “In one word: securitization.”                                                                                                                                                                              2026 may give us a new epitaph: “Rehypothecation.”                                                                                                                                                      These sentences are not random. They are breadcrumbs leading back to the same structural flaw — a monetary system built not on real wealth, but on claims on claims on claims, stacked so high that the slightest tremor brings the entire edifice down. This is the story of how we got here. And why 2026 may be remembered as the year the world finally understood the flaw that Soddy warned about a century ago.

(1.) Greenspan: “I Found a Flaw.”(2008) Alan Greenspan — ‘the Maestro’, the high priest of deregulated finance — sat before Congress in October 2008 and uttered the sentence that detonated his entire worldview:                                                                      “I found a flaw.” A flaw in what? Not in a model. Not in a spreadsheet. Not in a forecast. A flaw in the very idea that private financial institutions, left to their own incentives, would self-regulate. Greenspan’s flaw was the first crack in the neoliberal myth. He admitted — reluctantly, painfully — that the system he championed for 40 years was built on faith, not mathematics.  But Greenspan did not yet understand the deeper truth: The flaw wasn’t in regulation. The flaw was in money creation itself.

(2.) Bernanke: “We Did It.” (2002) Ben Bernanke, years before becoming Fed Chair, stood at Milton Friedman’s 90th birthday and said the quiet part out loud: “Regarding the Great Depression… we did it.” Not “they.” Not “the markets.” Not “the gold standard.” We. Did. It. The Federal Reserve — the institution designed to prevent depressions — had caused the worst one in history. Bernanke’s admission was not about blame. It was about mechanism. He understood that when the Fed tightens into a fragile debt structure, the entire system implodes. But even Bernanke did not go far enough. He saw the trigger, not the architecture. He saw the collapse, not the construction. He saw the deflation, not the infinite multiplication of claims that made deflation lethal.

(3.) Sheila Bair: “In One Word: Securitization.”                                                                                                                                                                               (2010 re 2008) Sheila Bair, former FDIC Chair, was asked what caused the 2008 crisis. Her answer was surgical: “In one word: securitization.” Not subprime. Not greed. Not housing. Securitization — the alchemy that turned one mortgage into twenty financial products, each sold as if it were backed by something real.  Securitization was the bridge between banking and shadow banking.  It was the moment when the system stopped pretending that money represented deposits and openly embraced the idea that money could represent anything — even nothing. But securitization was only the beginning. It was the warm-up act for something far more dangerous.

(4.)  2026: The Word History Will Remember — “Rehypothecation.”                                                                                                                         If 1929 was about deflation, and 2008 was about securitization, then 2026 will be about rehypothecation.                                            What is rehypothecation?

It is the practice of reusing the same collateral over and over again to support multiple loans.

One Treasury bond. Pledged to five lenders. Each lender believes they “own” it.

Each builds leverage on top of it. Each treats it as real. This is not banking. This is not finance.

This is multiplication of claims without limit.

Rehypothecation is securitization on steroids.

It is fractional reserve banking without the fraction.

It is virtual wealth stacked on virtual wealth until the real world can no longer support the illusion.

It is the purest expression of Soddy’s warning: “You cannot permanently pit an exponential function against a linear one.” Real wealth grows linearly. Financial claims grow exponentially. Rehypothecation is the exponential engine.                                                     The Systemic Consequence: “Heads They Win, Tails You Lose.” Rehypothecation creates a world where:                 Gains are private Losses are public Leverage is infinite.  Collateral is fictional.  Risk is invisible.  Crises are inevitable.

This is the ultimate heads they win, tails you lose system. When asset prices rise, every rehypothecated claim looks solvent. When asset prices fall, every claim collapses simultaneously. This is why modern crises are not slow-motion recessions. They are instantaneous cascades. The system is not fragile. It is hyper-fragile. It is a glass skyscraper built on a single brick.

Why 2026 Is Different 2026 is not 1929. It is not 2008. It is worse.

Because: Shadow banks now dominate credit creation.  Collateral chains are longer Rehypothecation is global Derivatives are layered on top of rehypothecated collateral Central banks have become the buyers of last resort.  Public debt is no longer the problem — private leverage is!  The system is interconnected in real time.

In 1929, the problem was debt. In 2008, the problem was securitization. In 2026, the problem is infinite reuse of collateral. This is not a bubble. It is a hall of mirrors.

The Soddy Lens: Why Rehypothecation Is the Final Stage:  Frederick Soddy warned that the financial system would eventually detach from physical reality. Rehypothecation is that detachment. It is the moment when: Money no longer represents deposits Credit no longer represents savings Collateral no longer represents ownership Risk no longer represents probability Wealth no longer represents production It is the moment when virtual wealth overwhelms real wealth. Soddy predicted this. He saw it coming a century ago. He understood that the system would not collapse because of greed or mismanagement. It would collapse because mathematics would not allow it to survive.                                                                           The Coming Historical Judgment:  When future historians look back at this era, they will not say: “It was the Fed.” “It was housing.” “It was derivatives.” “It was crypto.” “It was China.”

They will say:

“It was rehypothecation.”

Because that is the mechanism that turned a financial system into a tower of infinite claims. That is the mechanism that made every asset someone else’s liability. That is the mechanism that made every dollar someone else’s promise. That is the mechanism that made every crisis global.

Rehypothecation is the flaw behind the flaw behind the flaw.

It is the final boss of financial instability.

The Path Forward: Sovereign Money or Systemic Collapse There are only two paths:

1. Continue the current system → More leverage → More shadow banking

→ More collateral reuse → More systemic fragility → Eventual collapse.

or

2. Restore monetary sovereignty → Public issuance of money → End private money creation → End rehypothecation → End infinite leverage → Align money with real wealth.

This is not ideology. This is arithmetic.

A system built on infinite claims cannot survive in a finite world.

Epilogue: The Sentence We Must Write Ourselves.

Greenspan admitted the flaw. Bernanke admitted the cause. Bair admitted the mechanism. Now it is our turn. If 2026 is to be remembered not as a collapse but as a turning point, the sentence must be: “We ended rehypothecation.”                                                                           The One-Step Solution for the Benefit of Mankind:

“A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” is: Constitutionally anchored!  Mathematically sound! Economically stabilizing! Politically neutral!  Socially beneficial! Technologically simple! Invisible in implementation! Transformative in outcome!

It is the One TARA Step that resolves the entire architecture of monetary dysfunction.

And it fulfills the doctrine:

If MONEY or LEGISLATION is the Solution, then there is no problem. In a world racing toward AI‑driven abundance, the real question is no longer whether money should evolve — it’s whether that evolution will serve the public or the private few. The evidence is now overwhelming: sovereign, non‑programmable, “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”   makes issued money the only model that protects privacy, preserves freedom, and aligns national productivity with national prosperity.    Not yet an official bill in Congress; it’s an advocacy blueprint.

It urges enactment via an emergency joint session in 72 hours—to avert a crisis worse than 1929.The mantra

(A–D) ~ Fair Share Income Tax

(A): Eliminate federal and state income taxes for most Americans.

When or if needed a SWF levy. To avoid hoarding with a simple, low rate “excess” or “fair share” tax on very high earners/corporations (e.g., 3% on surplus). Any revenue flows to the SWF, avoiding broad taxation while preventing austerity.

This directly addresses Soddy’s scarcity critique by freeing wages from debt/tax servitude, allowing real wealth (productive effort) to circulate without upward extraction

(B): Financial Transaction Fee

Impose a tiny micro-levy (e.g., 0.3%) on massive global USD-denominated financial/monetary transactions, including shadow banking (estimated $10–20 quadrillion annual flows). This generates trillions in revenue to replace income taxes, service/eliminate federal debt, and fund public priorities. It’s non-inflationary, as it captures value from speculative flows rather than productive economy. Ties to Soddy by shifting funding from debt issuance to a neutral fee on virtual wealth transfers, breaking the exponential debt imperative.

C): USA Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF)
Establish a perpetual national/public trust fund as the core “fiscal tool” for redistribution. Funded by the transaction fee (and any fair share tax surplus), it would: Pay down national (> $38T) and household (~$18.59T) debt without new borrowing or inflation (e.g., 5–10% of inflows could erase debts multiple times).Provide dividends/basic supports, invest in essentials (infrastructure, jobs, poverty elimination, universal healthcare like ACA/Social Security forever, education, disaster relief).

Mandate tied to U.S. Constitution (“Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness”) and FDR’s Four Freedoms (especially Freedom from Want).
This embodies Soddy’s “sovereign money” vision: debt-free issuance for public benefit, aligning virtual wealth with real, sustainable abundance rather than private extraction. It turns transaction flows into “economic alchemy” for all, ending 90% of Americans’ “quiet debt servitude.”

~ Amend the Federal Reserve (D):
Reform the Fed to prioritize public prosperity over private debt creation. Adopt the R.E.A.D. framework:

R esponsible Issuance: Sovereign/public money creation (e.g., QE for productive uses only, claimed non- inflationary).

E thical Distribution: End upward extraction via interest on debt-money.

Accountable Stewardship: Transparent oversight.

Democratic Governance:    Align with Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution.
This directly cures Soddy’s core flaw by curbing private banks/NBFIs from creating most money as interest-bearing debt, preventing exponential claims from outpacing finite real wealth. Projected Outcomes and “Golden Era” Economic Impacts: 20–30% real wage increases, 200–300% GDP growth in a decade, end to boom-bust cycles/debt servitude. Social/Moral: Realize abundance limited by imagination/effort, not scarcity; protect USD as global reserve while fostering prosperity for all mankind. Implementation: Phase in leverage precedents like FDR’s 1933 reforms. No riots/revolutions—just “one vote” away.

How “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” Aims to “Cure the Disease” Soddy’s “disease” is the thermodynamic mismatch: exponential virtual debt (compound interest) demanding infinite real growth from finite, entropic resources, leading to extraction (“heads the bank wins, tails the people lose”), inequality, and crises. “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” cures this by: Breaking Debt Asymmetry: Sovereign issuance via SWF creates debt-free money for public good, not private profit—flipping extraction to ethical distribution. Ending Boom-Bust Cycles: Transaction fees and R.E.A.D. reforms stabilize by removing the need for perpetual debt expansion; debt payoff without inflation prevents over-indebtedness. Aligning with Real Wealth: Focuses money as a “license to live” serving humanity, not enforcing scarcity—funding sustainable priorities while honoring physical limits.

Systemic Shift: Reclaims sovereignty from private banks/NBFIs, echoing Soddy’s call for public control to prevent unrest and enable egalitarian abundance. Critics might argue it’s overly ambitious/unrealistic (e.g., transaction fee logistics, political resistance), but proponents see it as a moral imperative rooted in science and Constitution. The phrase “money is a license to live” (or close variants like “a veritable license to live at all”) captures the essence of his critique in The Role of Money (1934) and related writings. Soddy viewed money not as neutral wealth, but as a social claim—a powerful instrument that grants or denies access to the real goods, services, and resources needed for survival and flourishing.

Soddy’s Core Idea Behind the Phrase-In a monetary civilization, money functions as the intermediary for exchanging real wealth (physical goods, energy-transformed products, labor output). Without it, even in an abundant world, people can’t reliably access what sustains life.

Soddy wrote: “Money has become the life-blood of the community, and for each individual a veritable license to live at all.” This isn’t hyperbole—it’s a thermodynamic and ethical observation:    Real wealth flows from energy and resources (finite, subject to entropy: it decays, consumes, exhausts). Money (especially debt-based money) is virtual: abstract claims that grow via compound interest without physical limits.

When private institutions (banks/NBFIs) control issuance as interest-bearing debt, they privatize the “license”—deciding who gets money (and thus life-sustaining access) and at what cost.

The result: Artificial scarcity, perpetual debt servitude for most, upward extraction for few, and boom-bust cycles as exponential virtual claims clash with finite real capacity.

Soddy saw this as the root of social unrest, inequality, and failure of democracy: The few who control money issuance hold life-and-death power over paths of prosperity or deprivation. It’s why he called for radical reform—sovereign, debt-free money issuance by the public (government/central authority) to make money a neutral facilitator serving humanity, not a tool of private dominion

Echoes in the “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” Proposal ~ This is precisely what the “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” blueprint seeks to address head-on: Reclaim the “license” for the public: Through sovereign reforms (Amend the Fed via R.E.A.D., USA Sovereign Wealth Fund funded by transaction fees), money creation shifts from private debt-extraction to public, debt-free issuance for productive/public benefit.      Break the rigged asymmetry: No more “heads the financier wins, tails the people lose.” Debt payoff, fair-share taxes, and ethical distribution ensure abundance flows to all—aligning virtual claims with real, sustainable wealth rather than enforcing scarcity.

Life-affirming mission: Explicitly ties to constitutional “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” and FDR’s Freedom from Want—treating money as a license to thrive for everyone, not a privilege for creditors. Soddy’s vision remains radical because it challenges who controls the “license to live.” In today’s world of massive debt overhangs, financialization, and inequality, his thermodynamic lens feels prescient: Money should enable life, not ration it through perpetual claims on finite reality.

“A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT”A Bill to restore monetary sovereignty, establish the United States Sovereign Wealth Fund, replace income and sales taxation for most Americans, eliminate structural deficits, and secure the general welfare of the United States through a Financial Transaction Fee on U.S. dollar–denominated monetary flows. SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as “A FAIR SHARE TAX ACT” ( A Constitutional Allocation & Revenue Act) SECTION 2. CONGRESSIONAL FINDINGS.

Congress finds the following:

  1. Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution grants Congress the exclusive authority to coin money and regulate its value.
  2. More than 97 percent of the U.S. money supply is created as interest‑bearing debt by private financial institutions.
  3. This structure produces boom‑bust cycles, systemic inequality, and exponential debt growth that outpaces real economic output.
  4. Annual U.S. dollar–denominated global financial flows exceed $10–20 quadrillion, representing the largest untapped national resource in the world economy.
  5. A 0.3 percent Financial Transaction Fee (FTF) on such flows would generate $30–60 trillion annually, enabling:
    • elimination of all income taxes for qualified Americans,
    • permanent structural deficit removal, and
    • establishment of a perpetual national investment fund.
  6. Sovereign wealth funds in Norway, Singapore, the UAE, and China demonstrate the viability of national investment vehicles that support long‑term prosperity.
  7. The United States, despite issuing the world’s dominant reserve currency, lacks a sovereign wealth fund.
  8. Monetary sovereignty is essential to national security, economic stability, and the general welfare.
  9. Congress has the authority and obligation to restore public control over money creation and distribution.
  10. The American people deserve a monetary system that promotes justice, prosperity, and the blessings of liberty for present and future generations.
